Dear Grand Avenue Families, Late this afternoon Grand Avenue Elementary School experienced a sewage backup which impacted the main pipes. Despite several attempts this issue could not be resolved today. Unfortunately, students and staff will not be able to be in the building tomorrow while this issue is being addressed. The faculty and students of Grand Avenue will relocate to Northern Parkway Elementary School tomorrow where instruction will continue. Students will be transported from Grand Avenue to Northern Parkway in the morning and walkers will be transported by bus to Northern Parkway. All a.m. clubs will be suspended tomorrow and Project Excel will be suspended for tomorrow afternoon. Staff will be available to greet students and families at Grand Avenue tomorrow morning.
